Dave Burns

VP – Americas

Dave has worked creating and developing ecosystem partner solution integrations and go-to-market strategies with large Global System Integrators, Reseller Channels and worldwide Technology Partners over the past 28 years. Dave has developed multiple best breed practices on how ecosystem partnerships leverage joint integrated solutions with innovative Marketing and Solution selling techniques.


Hakan Holmgren

Executive VP Global Sales

Håkan Holmgren, based in Sweden, has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Hakan has held positions and gained experience at Ixia Technologies (nowadays Keysight) and Polystar as well as other privately owned companies. Hakan is responsible for managing the business relationship with a few selected key accounts.

Björn De Jong

Channel Manager EMEA

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Björn has over 20 years of experience in the industry, mostly in sales. As Cubro’s Channel Manager EMEA, Björn is responsible for sales and project management for channel partners in EMEA. He has successfully created and sustained new sales and established excellent rapport with channel partners.

Manfred Lang


Manfred Lang brings 30 years of sales and sales leadership experience within networking, which spans software, hardware and cloud solutions. He has a proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations at industry leaders. Manfred has extensive experience leading teams that serve customers across enterprise, government and telco/service provider segments.


Paul Brett

Director UK & I and Middle East

Paul is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in the IT networking and security industry. In the past, he has held leadership roles to successfully grow businesses in the UK and internationally for both major corporations and start-up businesses, including HP and Newbridge Networks. Paul has extensive experience working with both Service Providers and Enterprises.


Joe Lim


Joe has over 20 years of OSS/BSS Sales and Solutions experience in the industry. He is responsible for driving Cubro Network Packet Broker solutions in Enterprise Strategy, OEM/Joint Technology Alliances partnership/offering and Channel Sales in APAC. He brings extensive expertise in the telecom market environment – fixed and mobile.

Markku Takala


Markku Takala is a high calibre Architect with a strong experience in programming, consultation and solution selling for over 30 years. He has excellent knowledge of the technologies such as AI / ML, storage and virtualisation. Before joining Cubro, Markku worked at Nokia for 25 years in several countries and positions. He has a thorough understanding of Telecom Infrastructure especially in the OSS domain.
