Along with his business partners, Christian established Cubro and started developing TAPs and Packet Broker lines. Within a few years, the company spread its wings in the international market. Today Cubro is among the leading vendors of TAPs and Network Packet Brokers and partner of the world’s largest Telcos and Enterprises with installations on all continents.
Sascha is a highly dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and one of the company partners with 20 years of progressive accomplishments. He’s been working as Cubro’s CFO since the origin of the company and has been an effective organisational leader and a key member of senior management. As an expert in logistics, Sascha always finds a solution to make sure the delivering is on time, no matter which part of the world. Sascha loves watching/playing soccer in his spare time.

Gabriel, one of the co-founders of Cubro, is a technology leader with over 23 years of experience in hardware development. Gabriel’s technical expertise and business knowledge has helped Cubro in achieving the company objectives. He works closely with his team in moving product lines closer to fruition and improving them. A perfectionist in his field, Gabriel believes that only the best is good enough! Gabriel is a hobby photographer and looks at the world through his lens in his free time.
Born and raised in lower Austria, Herbert comes with more than 25 years of experience in the telecom industry. Herbert has an in-depth understanding of the complex technical issues and is extremely solution-oriented. He is passionate and dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and customer services. He provides technical leadership and acts as a mentor to the engineering team. Herbert’s inspiration comes from the phrase ‘together we can manage it’. Herbert loves dogs and can train them well with some of his fun tricks.

In his previous roles, Dan helped accelerate sales growth across Enterprise, FSI, and Service Provider verticals. Dan brings Cubro strong sales experience in cross-regional and multi-vertical environments and has a broad understanding of the business drivers Cubro’s customers require.

Håkan Holmgren, based in Sweden, has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Hakan has held positions and gained experience at Ixia Technologies (nowadays Keysight) and Polystar as well as other privately owned companies. Hakan is responsible for managing the business relationship with a few selected key accounts.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Björn has over 20 years of experience in the industry, mostly in sales. As Cubro’s Channel Manager EMEA, Björn is responsible for sales and project management for channel partners in EMEA. He has successfully created and sustained new sales and established excellent rapport with channel partners.

Manfred Lang brings 30 years of sales and sales leadership experience within networking, which spans software, hardware and cloud solutions. He has a proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations at industry leaders. Paul is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in the IT networking and security industry. In the past, he has held leadership roles to successfully grow businesses in the UK and internationally for both major corporations and start-up businesses, including HP and Newbridge Networks. Paul has extensive experience working with both Service Providers and Enterprises.

Joe has over 20 years of OSS/BSS Sales and Solutions experience in the industry. He is responsible for driving Cubro Network Packet Broker solutions in Enterprise Strategy, OEM/Joint Technology Alliances partnership/offering and Channel Sales in APAC. He brings extensive expertise in the telecom market environment – fixed and mobile.
Markku Takala is a high calibre Architect with a strong experience in programming, consultation and solution selling for over 30 years. He has excellent knowledge of the technologies such as AI / ML, storage and virtualisation. Before joining Cubro, Markku worked at Nokia for 25 years in several countries and positions. He has a thorough understanding of Telecom Infrastructure especially in the OSS domain.

Koichi has over 20-years of experience in the network and security monitoring and testing market as sales engineer and marketing specialist. He has a long track record of the network monitoring and testing industry in Japan. As Japan’s country manager, Koichi is responsible for expanding the Cubro market in Japan.
Japan Solutions Engineer
Tomo has over 10-years of experience in fault-tolerant server solution as a development engineer using C language and UNIX environment. Tomo also has several years of experience in many types of network device deployment with high redundancy. As Cubro Japan solution engineer, Tomo is responsible for solving customer issues and supporting customer success with specialized product knowledge.
