Technical Pre-Sales/Support Engineer (m/f)

Location: Vienna, Austria

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Technical Pre-Sales/Support Engineer (m/f) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our customers and sales teams with expert technical knowledge and hands-on assistance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of support requests, managing, processing, and documenting them via phone, email, and helpdesk systems
- Conduct structured and solution-oriented error analysis and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with marketing to develop technical content
- Design and deliver technical presentations for customers
- Provide remote and on-site customer support
- Prepare offers in collaboration with the sales department
Your Profile:
- Completed technical training in network technology, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of network technology (Ethernet/IP)
- Experience with Linux & scripting is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical support and/or pre-sales
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel internationally
