Collaborating with Channel Partners

Cubro Channel Partner Meeting

Cubro hosted its annual EMEA and North America Channel Partner Meeting in May 2019 at the neoclassical Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel, which used to be a military riding school in the 1850s and is currently a stylish mix of tradition and contemporary design.

The main agenda of the meeting was to engage with the partners and provide them with information about Cubro’s growth plans. During the inaugural session, Christian Ferenz, CEO, Cubro shared the company’s roadmap and growth plan. He discussed the company’s strategies for the coming year and Cubro’s role in the overall network monitoring industry.

The partners were also provided detailed information regarding Cubro’s advanced network visibility products. The technical session was hosted by Herbert Etlinger, Head of Support, Cubro. Herbert explained the main features/functionality and technical specifications of the G5 Network Packet Brokers, as well as the value they provide to the customers.

Cubro also unveiled its new website that is designed to help partners succeed in a competitive environment by providing additional resources and better user experience. A new marketing campaign, named ‘iFAQs’, aimed at empowering customers was also launched during this period. Marketing support is a must and Cubro shared the marketing & communications goal for the company along with how it can support the partners through its marketing activities.

Additionally, the company announced the launch of its new product, the EXA8, which is a unique tool for capturing traffic in network and application troubleshooting. The team of QXIP and H5 Audit shared their insights on the latest software development and applications on the EXA8.

To establish a win-win relationship with the partners, communication is essential. Cubro’s Vice President Sales EMEA, Manfred Lang, emphasised transparency and cooperation. The partners had the opportunity to experience the vast range of network visibility solutions provided by Cubro as well as meet the team. The event was very successful and provided a platform for the partners to meet in person and strengthen their relationship with the company. It was a great opportunity for sharing knowledge, experience, and resources.
