Regional Technical Support
Within this role, the candidate will provide highly technical customer service and support, focusing on the Cubro solutions. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills coupled with comprehensive technical knowledge. The job is based in Cubro APAC office in Singapore.
- Fluent in English
- Sound knowledge of network technologies like Ethernet, IP, UDP/TCP/SCTP plus underlying Layer 1 optical fibre
- Knowledge of 3G and 4G mobile communications architecture and protocols
- Knowledge of network security architecture and solutions
- Any certifications from Cisco, CompTIA , Juniper Networks and/or Microsoft are of advantage
- Technical support for our APAC customers
- Technical assistance of our sales force to prepare design, quotes and tender submission
- Technical training for customers and local sales partner
- On-site installation and configuration in the region
- Able to travel with short notice
